About this column

A column on young Africans (16-38) who are breaking boundaries. Some are still in school. Others are a few years into careers or companies of their own. What they share is agency: they saw a gap and moved to fill it instead of waiting for permission or the "right time." Through conversations with them, we look at how they think, what drives them, and what their work says about where Africa is heading.
